Welcome to StoryCraft Pro. By accessing or using our application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Use of Service

StoryCraft Pro provides AI-powered tools to generate text, images, and audio. You are responsible for ensuring that your input prompts do not violate any laws or third-party rights.

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
  • You agree not to generate hateful, illegal, or sexually explicit content (NSFW).
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the API or violate these terms.

2. User Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the stories, images, and audio generated by you using the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models (Google Gemini, Infip/A4F).

  • Private Stories: Content stored in your library remains private unless you choose to share or publish it.
  • Public Stories: By using the "Publish" feature, you grant StoryCraft Pro a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your story in the Discover feed.

3. API Usage & Free Tier

StoryCraft Pro offers a limited free tier. To bypass limits, you may provide your own API keys.

API Keys: If you provide API keys, they are stored encrypted on our servers or your local device storage. You are responsible for any costs incurred by your personal API keys on their respective platforms.

4. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

  • AI Hallucinations: The AI may generate incorrect or nonsensical information. StoryCraft Pro is not responsible for the accuracy of generated stories.
  • Data Loss: While we sync with Google Drive, we are not liable for any data loss. We recommend keeping local backups of important content.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
